The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates:

  • Within Dhaka city 60BDT
  • Outside Dhaka city: 100BDT

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur. In such cases, we will contact You via messenger/email or, telephone.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES (if applicable)

Woodpeckerbd.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

DAMAGES

Woodpeckerbd.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Our QA team always check every product before handing over to the delivery company.
If You received Your Order damaged, please contact us via email or, live chat.

Please record, save and share all  detail of packaging materials and damaged goods with us. Our operations team will investigate and inform you further.

RETURN

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 (seven) days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

DOMESTIC RETUN POLICY:

For cash on delivery: You can check the product in front of the delivery person, if you feel the need to return contact our customer care and after confirmation return to the same delivery person.

For courier outside Dhaka City: You have to confirm with our customer care then send the product/goods to our corporate office. Please contact customer care, send us an email at contact@woodpecker.cdn-in.com and send your item to our corporate office Corporate office address: house 12, road 11, sector 4, uttara, dhaka -1230.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Exemption: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additionally gift cards and health and personal care items are non-refundable.

REFUND

Once your returned product/goods is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment organization, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
